Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon onion, minced 5 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce
5 whole wheat English muffins, split
Directions
Combine turkey, cheese, and onion in medium bowl; mix lightly. Shape into five 1/2 inch thick patties. Cook patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.
